The place is very nice with the sound of the river flowing past soothing. The bed was super comfortable, the room was so spacious and very clean. I wish i could have stayed longer. I am definitely coming back to the place. Breakfast was very nice as well and i just loved the dining area with the warm fire.

Located near Winterton in the Champagne Valley, The Goodland Cottages have barbecue facilities and a garden, as well as free WiFi. First of all, I love the place, it’s so quiet, this bees I love everything about it.

Berghouse and Cottages is situated in a rural setting, high up in the Northern Drakensberg Hills, 30 km from Bergville. Free WiFi is available in each cottage. The location for the cottages was amazing. The view is breathtaking. Comfy beds. Tasty food. We brought our own Braai materials for one night and also sampled their in house prepared breakfast, all excellent. Braai facilities are great and kitchen is equipped with everything you need. Great activities including swimming in a pool with one of the best vistas you could hope for worldwide. We also enjoyed horseback riding. Only a 25 min drive to Royal Natal Park where is was easy to do an afternoon hike to the Cascades and back. Just an outstanding stay :)
